We are constantly working to improve your online shopping experience with Coastal. See below for some new features we added this year to make it easier and more convenient to shop our online store.

NOTE: In case you missed it, last year we also added many enhancements to online shopping, including Curbside Pickup Improvements, Lower Shipping Rates, the ability to Pay Online with Coastal Gift Cards and eGift Cards, Website Search Improvements, and more. Pay with PayPal
You can now pay for orders on our website using your PayPal account! This includes the option to “Buy Now, Pay Later” using your PayPal account. For more details about this option, click here to view information on the PayPal website. For additional convenience, you can combine PayPal with other payment methods, including pay for part of the order via a Coastal Gift Card or eGift Card, or via Coastal Country Club Reward Dollars.
Product Ratings & Reviews
The majority of the products on our website now have Ratings and Reviews (with an overall average rating across the entire site of 4.6 out of 5 stars). This information can help guide your shopping experience.
Check Gift Card Balance Online
You can check the remaining balance on your Coastal Gift Card or Coastal eGift Card (must be logged into your Coastal Website Account)
Clearance & Special Savings
To make it easier to find products that are on sale, we added a “Promotions” menu at the top of each page, and there you can find new sections for Clearance products and Special Savings that can be found online and in-store.
Private Label Brands Section
We added a new page to our “Brands” menu at the top of each page. This new page features all of Coastal’s Private Label Brands, which are value-priced products with the same quality as name brands.
Simplified Checkout Process for Orders Picked Up In Store
We’ve made some changes to the information displayed during checkout to help make it clear which of our Stores you are ordering from for your in-store or curbside pickup.
More Robust Product Detail Pages
We have added additional details and clarity to our Product Pages to help you make more informed decisions.
SMS Opt-In
Starting next year you can receive text message updates from Coastal to let you know about sales, new products, and more.
