Age & Compliance Verification
You may place your firearm order if you agree to the following:
- I certify that I am of legal age to possess a firearm (18 for shotgun or rifle, 21 for all other firearms, including frames/receivers, silencers, and pistol grip smooth bore firearms). All purchasers must be a resident of the state where the transfer will occur. Some states have additional age requirements for certain long gun purchases that may require the buyer to be 21 years of age, or older. Examples of those states include, but may not be limited to: Florida, Washington, and Vermont.
- I certify that I am not legally prohibited from possessing a firearm according to federal, state, and local laws and agree that I cannot take possession of the firearm(s) until I have satisfied the applicable government transfer process in-person at the location where the firearm will be shipped.
- I understand that the item(s) I ordered will arrive at my chosen location and can only be picked up by me, the actual purchaser, with valid government-issued photo identification and any additional documentation as may be required by applicable state law for firearm transfers.
- I agree to present the physical payment card used for my online purchase when picking up my order in-store to confirm the transaction. Failure to provide the card may result in order cancellation.
- I have read, and agree to, the terms in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
