When did June become National Dairy Month?
National Dairy Month began in 1937 as a way to sell milk during the summer months. by 1939, the promotion caught on across the country.

National Dairy Month helps promote nutrient-rich dairy foods that have been proven to help manage weight, as well as reduce the risk of high blood pressure and some cancers.
