Halloween Pumpkin Brownies

October 4, 2018

Whether you’re into cute Halloween decorations or something a bit spookier, everyone can agree on this yummy treat that’s as easy to make as it is to eat. You’ll find the ghoulish step-by-step directions and a list of eerie ingredients below the how-to video.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package brownie mix (18.75 oz.)
  • 1 package Reese’s Pieces (10 oz. bag)
  • Halloween sprinkles

Directions

Preheat your oven to 325º and spray a 9” x 9” or 7” x 11” pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Then, in a large bowl whisk together the pumpkin puree, water, oil, eggs, and pumpkin spice. Keep at it until they are totally blended. Now, add in the brownie mix and stir until it’s blended with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix in ½ of the Reese’s Pieces, then spread the mixture into the prepared pan.

Top the batter with the remaining Reese’s Pieces and Halloween sprinkles.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges pull away from the pan. Be careful not to over bake it.
