Coastal Recipe: 4 Flavored Butters

It’s time to butter up your friends and family with some amazing, flavored butters that are just as easy to enjoy as they are to create. Find a list of ingredients and directions below the how-to video.  



Cinnamon Honey Butter 

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


Directions
 

Add all the ingredients into a mixing blow and blend until smooth and creamy (scrape down sides as needed). Takes 5-7 minutes. Keep refrigerated and serve at room temperature.

Perfect Gift: Fills up to 3 half-pint jars.

 

Italian Garlic Herb Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh rosemary (minced)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh thyme (minced)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh chives (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
 

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.

 

Cilantro Lime Herb Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh cilantro (minced)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Zest of lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
 

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.

 

Sun-Dried Tomato Herb Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil-packed sundried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (minced)
  • Pepper to taste


Directions
 

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.
