Coastal Recipe: 4 Flavored Butters

Cinnamon Honey Butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a mixing blow and blend until smooth and creamy (scrape down sides as needed). Takes 5-7 minutes. Keep refrigerated and serve at room temperature.
Perfect Gift: Fills up to 3 half-pint jars.
Italian Garlic Herb Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tablespoon fresh rosemary (minced)
- ½ tablespoon fresh thyme (minced)
- ½ tablespoon fresh chives (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Cilantro Lime Herb Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh cilantro (minced)
- ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Zest of lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Sun-Dried Tomato Herb Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oil-packed sundried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (minced)
- Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Transfer butter into one ½ pint jar. Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.
