Got a bag of chips that’s begging for something special? Give this fresh, summertime salsa extraordinaire treat a try. Just be warned, with amazing flavor like this, it won’t last long. You’ll find a list of ingredients and directions below the how-to video.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (divided, minced, seeds separated)
  • 2 tablespoons loosely packed cilantro (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons red onions (minced)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Peel and cut up your pineapple, chop the red bell pepper, mince the red onion, and mince your cilantro. Finally, mince the jalapeño. Warning: Be sure to remove the seeds from the jalapeño if you want a milder salsa. Want hot? Keep the seeds in the mix. But remember, we warned you.

Combine your chopped and minced ingredients into a large bowl. Add the blueberries.

Mince your garlic and add it to the bowl. Now, add the lime juice, ground ginger, and ground cumin. Mix well to combine everything.

Chill or serve immediately!
