Pre-order your spring chicks from the Coastal experts! Now until FEBRUARY 1–pre-order your chicks online and pick them up at your local Coastal. Buy your chicks now and have farm fresh eggs in the spring!

Chicks are expected to arrive in stores during the first two weeks of February. Delivery dates vary depending on the region. Watch for a Coastal Pickup email for information on when your chicks are estimated to arrive.

Minimum of 5 chicks per breed must be purchased.

How long will it take for my chicks to get to my local Coastal?

Delivery times vary depending on the region. You will receive an email with an estimated date before your chicks are scheduled to arrive.

What hatchery are my chicks from?

The majority of our chicks come to us from Hoover Hatchery.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Please call us at 855-881-5540 or email us at customer.service@coastalcountry.com to cancel your order.

How long do I have to pick up my chicks from the store?

Once chicks arrive at your local Coastal, you will receive an email. You then have 24 hours to pick up your chicks. Any chicks not picked up within this time frame will be subject to resale with no refund.

What should I do if one of my chicks dies?

In the unlikely event that a chick is deceased within 24 hours of pickup, please return to your selected store with your pickup email or receipt to receive a replacement.
After 24 hours, Coastal is no longer liable for deceased chicks.

Why can’t I ship chicks to my home?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship chicks at this time. Chicks will have to be picked up at your local Coastal.
