Looking Forward to Another Year of Country Life

This is always the perfect time of year for some reflection. It’s a chance to look back at the days behind us, look forward to the time ahead, and consider how we can make the best use of that time for ourselves and others. As we mosey into 2020, I want to urge you to give yourself some time and space to reflect and change. Maybe it’s eating better, exercising more, finding time to relax, or simply giving yourself the freedom to enjoy life’s precious moments. Of course, I know that country folk love to put the needs of others before themselves. It’s one of the many characteristics that make our customers some of the kindest and most giving people anywhere in the world. At Coastal, we’re fortunate enough to be able to give back and help others as well. In 2019, we were honored to help local charities throughout the communities we serve. Some of those worthwhile causes included For the Love of Paws in Roseburg, the Salvation Army in The Dalles, the Community Transition School in Portland, Friendship House in Mt. Vernon, as well as food banks in Klamath Falls, Sequim, Yakima, Redmond, Marysville, Eugene, and Newport. That included helping amazing, local organizations such as 4-H, FFA, and others.

If you know of a charity or non-profit in your community that could use some support, share it with us so we can add it to our list.

In closing, please know that it is an honor to be a part of so many families, farms, and traditions. Since 1963, we’ve been Northwest owned and operated, stocking fencing and farm supplies, workwear, feed, boots, and everything else the country needs. We’ll continue to be here for you and yours in 2020 and the years beyond.

From all of us at Coastal, have a safe and wonderful New Year. Just what the country needs,
