Raising and caring for an ag-related project takes time and money. At Coastal, we’re here to help. We’re proud to offer discounts and financing offers that’ll make things a little easier and give youth ag program members some real-world financial experience.

Coastal is Proud to Support Youth Efforts with Special Discounts*
Those in 4-H, FFA, OHSET, or WAHSET, can take advantage of the special Coastal youth ag discounts on eligible purchases directly related to an animal or project. Coastal discount accounts are only valid during the project year the account was opened; all youth who wish to continue participation in the discount program must apply each year. Discounts are limited to one animal, including dogs, chickens, goats, sheep, swine, llamas, cattle, horses, rabbits, and cavies. It’s also available for static exhibits.

When you sign up, we’ll send you a 20% Coastal Coupon to help you purchase your show outfit. Plus, you’ll get 5% back in Coastal Cash on your eligable project purchases.**

Get Interest-free Financing (4-H and FFA Only): 0% APR financing for feed and other project-related purchases is available at Coastal. You won’t pay anything until auction. At that time, the full balance will be due. Financing limited to one auction animal.

*Discounts are limited to use by 4H, FFA, OHSET, and WAHSET Members Only. Leaders, Parents, or Members older than 19 do not qualify for the program. If Members, Leaders, or Parents are found to be abusing the program, their account/discount will be canceled immediately, and any balance owed will be due in full.
**Accounts in good standing on October 31, of the year when the account was created will receive 5% back in coastal cash on all their project purchases.

If we have any questions we will contact you at the email address or phone number provided in your information. To finish the application process the completed application will be emailed to you to print, have it signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian and drop it off at your local Coastal Farm and Ranch store or fax it to 541-917-3731.

Your student account will allow you to purchase your feed and animal health supplies while allowing you to track your monthly purchases on a month-to-month basis. All balances will be carried interest-free, through the due date.

All purchases will be authorized for and limited to 4H & FFA auction animal supplies only.

Payment will be due in full one month following your County Fair whether or not your animal makes weight or sells. Finance charges will be added to any unpaid balance after the due date at the rate of 1.5% (one and one half percent) per month, or 18% (eighteen percent) per year, beginning the first day after your final due date.

Any unpaid balance carried beyond the due date will be considered past-due and will be subject to our normal collection policies.

Our billing system has a built-in message that indicates your balance must be paid in full each statement period to avoid a service charge. However, 4H & FFA accounts are flagged in our system so that service charges will not accrue unless payment is not received prior to your final due date.
